Infinite Blessings: A Community Rising
This year’s pledge drive is about more than keeping the lights on – it’s about lighting us up. Together we’re investing in a spiritual home where lives transform: deeper connection, healing, service, and joy. Your pledge fuels classes, music, outreach, and the daily practice that changes hearts—starting with our own.
Join us for a new weekly gathering designed to deepen our sense of community and connection! In these relaxed and open Zoom meetings, you’ll have the opportunity to engage directly with Rev. David —asking questions, sharing your thoughts, and exploring the principles of Religious Science in a supportive environment. Whether you’re seeking spiritual guidance, curious about applying Science of Mind teachings in your life, or simply looking to connect with like-minded individuals, these sessions offer a space for meaningful dialogue and personal growth. All are welcome as we come together to inspire, learn, and uplift one another on our spiritual journeys.
About Us
The Center for Spiritual Living, Yolo is a loving, and deeply spiritual community founded in 1995 as the Yolo County Church of Religious Science. We have been Continuously providing Sunday services since its inception.
What We Believe
The Science of Mind is built on the theory that there is One Infinite Mind which of necessity includes all that is, whether it be the intelligence in man, the life in the animal, or the invisible Presence which is God.
Our Mission
Our vision is to create an environment for all to realize the power of spiritual connection. Our mission is to provide a sanctuary for all to be lifted and inspired to embody spiritual principles and live their inherent greatness.
CSLY Theme for January: Ancestral Wisdom, New Thought
We are kicking off the year honoring the tradition of realigning with the basics of the Science of Mind. As we rediscover the empowering truths found in the first four chapters of the textbook, the essential scaffolding of our teaching, we’ll be pairing each message with an invitation to deepen into the possibilities offered through Indigenous stories. The theme begins with Divine Mind and Maple Sugar, exploring the nature of the Divine, of humanity, and of the synchronicities that enrich our lives. Is it any wonder that temperature, light, plant biology and ancestral wisdom come together to make maple syrup possible? Circulation and Wild Strawberries invites us to rediscover the flow of good, both into our lives and through us, into the world. Doesn’t that which is given and shared, like the sweetness of wild strawberries, offer us the richest returns? The theme continues with Cause and Effect in the Sweetgrass, reminding us that we have all the knowledge we need. It’s time now to put it into practice by living in alignment with Principle. Just as the sweetgrass grows best when mindfully harvested, clearing away space for new plants to grow, so too we can clear away the weeds in our subconscious. Finally, Infinite Possibilities and Sacred Kinship paints a picture of exploring the ideas of Oneness, allegiance and reciprocity, where every living being is truly One. What might we create together with the Infinite Power we’ve been given?
